GaREIA members attend at no charge (included in your membership); Guests pay $25 Guest Fee.\nThe in-person meeting will be held at GaREIA Headquarters, 4353 Tilly Mill Rd, Ste 130, Atlanta 30319.\nGaREIA has a dedicated online google group for GaREIA members interested in participating in commercial real estate discussions.  Members should send an email to gareiaexecutivedirector@gmail.com to be added to the group.\nAbout the Leaders\nRick Baggenstoss has been investing in Atlanta real estate for 20+ years.   He started his real estate journey house hacking in 1999.  Since then he has gained experience with a variety of real estate strategies including tiny houses, short and long term rentals, rooming houses, low income housing, and multifamily.   As a full-time investor, Rick spends his time doing big rehabs, managing his properties, learning new strategies, and helping others invest in real estate. Rick is a longtime member of GaREIA and currently serves as Co-Leader for the Commercial / Multi-Family Subgroup, and President on the GaREIA Board of Directors.\nRick Girgis has been in finance, residential and commercial real estate for over 25 years in the capacity of a consultant, licensed mortgage loan originator, and a n0n-delegated underwriter. He is a single family, multifamily, and commercial real estate investor; and a venture capitalist who is passionate about helping other investors enrich their lives and meet their financial goals.\n\n
