He survived the 2008 real estate crash and has done 100+ real estate transactions. He still holds some residential properties but is mostly interested in the commercial space and owns several office buildings and retail spaces.\n\nJohn Heisler\nJohn Heisler, Managing Member, McKenzie Office Park, has been an investor since 2018. He manages real estate in the Atlanta area, both residential and commercial. John has a thriving direct to seller business and fix and flip business. He holds commercial offices, residential properties of all sizes, and short term rentals.\n\nScott Miller\nScott Miller is a buy-and-hold investor with properties in the South Cobb area (Austell, Mableton, and unincorporated Smyrna). He started in the real estate business in the mid-1990s in intown rentals. Scott enjoys discussing investment real estate and attending GaREIA functions, and meeting other investors who invest in the Metro Atlanta area.\n
