The Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup meets the 1st Tuesday of every month, from 10 am – 12 pm, at Ecom Spaces, 600 Bronner Brothers Way SW, Atlanta 30310. Ari Newman is the Subgroup Leader.

• Each month the group will focus on a specific topic related to creative finance, control, structure, etc. – a collaborative discussion with moderator
• Some meetings will feature a guest speaker who will lead the discussion about the subject that month, with lots of Q&A
• Most meetings will include a component of  “Haves/Wants” where people can bring their deals into the room for discussion, collaboration, etc.
• The goal is to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge to make better deals and close them.
